This device is a high-purity water production system that combines special filtration materials and a degassing membrane. It performs coarse filtration with a pre-treatment filter, followed by the installation of a degassing membrane after the special filtration material, and further produces high-purity water using a double-layer of special filtration material. By degassing, it provides benefits such as preventing oxidation in clean products and reducing the load on ion exchange resins caused by carbon dioxide.
